Packages
Our packages provide
'one on one' complete Care and Concierge services for three
days. These packages have been designed with input from the
Doctors and their staffs, to provide the assistance, support
and guidance recommended for the patient. For individuals
with special requests, wants or needs we will happily customize
a program.
Package services
offered:
- Accompaniment
at pre-op appointments and physical therapy screening
- Assistance
with transportation to VVMC (Hospital and Surgery Center)
on the day of surgery
- Accompaniment
at Dr. appointments and preparations for surgery.
- Post-
surgery visit and consultation in hospital or surgery center
- Release
from hospital or surgery center
- Assistance with
scheduling Physical Therapy sessions
- Assistance with
post- surgery doctor appointment and first therapy session
- Transportation
home or to local lodging
- In-home set-up
of therapy equipment
- Assistance with
transportation to and from second physical therapy session
- Accompaniment
at second physical therapy session
- Helpful
advice on the use of therapy equipment and how to resume
your daily lifestyle
Continuing Care
and Concierge Services offered:
- Assistance
with transportation to and from the Eagle airport
- Assistance
with transportation within the Vail Valley
- Arrangements
and accompaniment at follow up appointments with the doctor
- Arrangements
and accompaniment at future therapy sessions
- Supervision
and assistance with range of motion exercises at home
- At
home assistance and care
- Consulting services
to discuss future needs
We offer wheelchair and ice machine
rentals to our clients. We require a valid credit card to
reserve our services. There is a $250.00 minimum daily charge
for clients choosing our Continuing Care and Concierge services.
