Care Education – Overwhelmed? Need help with your machines?
We can help you!
- Let us
take the worry and hassle out of those rehab machines!
- We’ll
transport your rehab machines and personal belongings to
your hotel.
- We’ll arrange
your room and set up your rehab machines to best suit your
specific needs.
- We’ll
instruct you and your loved ones on the proper use of the
Rehab Machines.
- We’ll teach
you tips to help you resume your life style while respecting
your new orthopedic restrictions!

Medical Center Discharge – This is
our complete service offering providing all the assistance
and support a patient will need.
- We become
the ‘responsible party’ that is required to
Discharge you from the medical center.
- We are the
self care experts providing you with the guidance you’ll
need to follow your Doctor’s protocol.
- We
accompany you to your 1st PT session and post op doctor
appointment.
- We help you make
a safe transition from the hospital to PT and then to your
hotel or condo.
- We
transport your rehab machines to your hotel.
- We’ll
arrange your room and set up your rehab machines to best
suit your specific needs.
- We’ll instruct
you and your family or friends on the proper use of the
Rehab Machines & other equipment.
- We’ll
teach you tips to help you resume your life style while
minding your new orthopedic restrictions!
- Prices
vary per surgery and the amount of assistance required:
- Lower arm, wrist, hand $ 100 - $175
- Shoulder, knee,
ankle & foot $ 250 - $350
- Hip $ 450
Continuing Care and Concierge Services - For our patients we offer assistance with all aspects of their Vail visit.
- Prices vary $65-$85 per hour
Night Time Care – For our patients wanting help at night
we provide non-medical assistance so the patient can rest worry-free!
- Advance reservations required.

Customized Services – For individuals with special requests,
wants or needs we will happily customize a program just for
you! Call us for a free consultation.
We offer wheelchair, shower chair, assisting devices and ice
machine rentals to our clients. We require a valid credit card
to reserve our services. There is a $175.00 minimum daily charge
for clients choosing our Continuing Care and Concierge services.
